Bailey's Irish Cream Recipes: How to make the "Iced Irish Coffee"recipe using ice cream and coffee.
This is a great cocktail drink. All the ingredients blend very well together. If you like chocolate, ice cream, coffee and irish cream, this cocktail drink is for you. A nice desert cocktail.

Iced Irish Coffee recipe:
Ingredients
• 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
• 8 oz milk (heavy or light)
• 1 oz water
• 2 tsp instant coffee
• 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate ice cream
• Sugar is optional.

Instructions:
Pour water and instant coffee into a cocktail shaker, sugar is optional.
Shake until the coffee is dissolved.
Add the milk to the cocktail shaker and shale again.
Pour into your favorite cup and then add the Bailey's the ice cream.
