We all have mixed Irish Cream into coffee right? Well why not tea? Many cultures mix cream into there tea to great effect. Ever heard of a Tai Iced Tea? It's a wonderful black tea that uses cream.  The earl grey, and whiskey combine to give a nice complex flavor.

This is a great warm cocktail or winter cocktail, that works for all times of year really. It does not have a super high alcohol content so you can drink it anytime.

Tea Toddy Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 cup of hot Earl Grey tea
• 1 teaspoon white sugar
• 1 shot or ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream
• 1 dash of Scotch whiskey

Mixing Instructions
Brew a cup of the tea.
Add bailey's to the tea, then add the sugar to taste.
Then add a touch of the Scotch.
