This is a very simple but awesome mixed drink that you gotta try. The taste reminds of something akin to raspberries and cream.  Chambord is a premium raspberry liqueur that is used in many cocktail drinks. This can be drunk as a shot, or scaled to make a tall mixed drink. It's a layered cocktail where the Chambord floats over the Irish Cream.

Cherry Kiss #2 recipe:
Ingredients

• 1 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
• 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur

Cocktail Mixing Procedure:
Pour the Bailey's irish cream into a pousse cafe glass.
To make the layered effect, pour the Chambord over the back of a bar spoon in order to float it.

A Monkey's Rum Martini recipe
Ingredient:

1/2 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
1 1/2 ounce Myer's dark rum
1/2 oz cream (Half / Half)
Finely shredded coconuts as a garnish.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Shake all fluid ingredient in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until nice and cold.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
now, garnish the rim of glass with the shredded coconut.
