This Irsh Cream Cocktail is almost guaranteed to banish any form of cabin fever you may develop in the colder months, well at least for awhile. This drink is only about 8 proof, so you can drink a couple.

Cabin Fever recipe
Ingredients:

1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 oz creme de menthe
6 oz hot chocolate packet
1 oz whipped cream

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix together the Bailey's irish cream and the creme de menthe into the mug and give a quick stir.
Next, add in the powered hot chocolate packet.
Now, top with some of the whipped cream.
To finish, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and a maraschino cherry as a garnish.

• 1 oz water
• 2 tsp instant coffee

Shake until the coffee is dissolved.
Add the milk to the cocktail shaker and shale again.
