A Monkey's Rum Martini recipe
Ingredient:

1/2 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
1 1/2 ounce Myer's dark rum
1/2 oz cream (Half / Half)
Finely shredded coconuts as a garnish.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Shake all fluid ingredient in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until nice and cold.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
now, garnish the rim of glass with the shredded coconut.

Irish Cream recipes: How to make a great version of Planet Hollywood's Gorillas In The Mist cocktail drink. Using irish cream, coconut rum, Kahlua and Banana Liqueur to make a tropical cocktail.

You will go bananas over this cocktail.  Bananas creams and coconuts, YUM.
This drink is one of our favorites.

Gorillas In The Mist Recipe:
Ingredients

• 1 part Malibu Coconut Rum

• 1 part Bailey’s Irish Cream

• 1 part Kahlua

• 1 part Banana Liqueur

• 1.5 parts Ice Cream

• Half a fresh Banana

Cocktail Mixing instructions

Mix all of the ingredients in a cocktail mixer. Blend till nice and creamy.
Then pour the mix into a tall cocktail glass.
Garnish with whipped cream, dried banana chips and a swirl of chocolate syrup.
