Bailey's Irish Cream Recipes: The "Abbot's Dream" recipe for a great cocktail.

Irish cream recipes: Learn how to make the "Abbot's Dream" recipe with instructions, using Irish cream as a main ingredient.

We served these at a party the other night, and everybody really loved them.
The Banana Liquer gives the drink a nice extra something.
And the Frangelico blends very well with the Bailey's.
This is a wonderful blended cocktail.

"Abbot's Dream" Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces Bailey's Irish cream
1 ounce Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1/2 ounce banana liqueur (Bols, Dykuper, etc.)
1/2 ounce cream

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Blend in a cocktail blender with about 1 cup of ice.
Mix until nice and smooth.
Serve with a highball glass.
Garnish with the whipped cream on top.

The "Cabin Fever" recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz creme de menthe
6 oz hot chocolate
1 oz whipped cream

Drink mixing instructions:Pour the Bailey's irish cream and creme de menthe into a coffee mug, and stir. 
Add hot chocolate, and top with whipped cream. 
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and a maraschino cherry if desired.

This is another great mixed drink with a subtle tropical theme due to the banana. A nice creamy texture.

Smooth Operator recipe
Ingredients
• 2 parts Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
• 1 part Kahlua® coffee liqueur
• 1 part Bailey's® Irish cream
• 1/2 banana
• 2 parts cream

Mixing Instructions:
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender with a scoop of crushed ice until smooth.
Serve in a standard cocktail glass.

Snicker recipe
Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
• 3/4 oz Bailey's Irish cream
• 3/4 oz dark creme de cacao (Potter's Creme de Cacao, Hiram Walker Dark Creme de Cacao, DeKuyper, Bols Dark Crème De Cacao, etc.)
• 3/4 oz cream (light or heavy)

Instructions
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold.
Pour the mix into a cold stemmed glass or Rocks glass with ice.

• 1 oz Irish Mist herbal liqueur
• 2 oz cream (milk, heavy or whipping)

Directions
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until cold.
3. Strain from ice into a cup, ice is optional.
