Chambord is a premium raspberry liqueur that is used in many cocktail drinks. This can be drunk as a shot, or scaled to make a tall mixed drink. It's a layered cocktail where the Chambord floats over the Irish Cream.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
- 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur
Cocktail Mixing Procedure:
Pour the Bailey's irish cream into a pousse cafe glass.
To make the layered effect, pour the Chambord over the back of a bar spoon in order to float it.
